The Pendergrass House is an excellent venue for your corporate or special event. We are located next to The Crawford Long Museum in the historic downtown Jefferson. Whether you are planning a wedding, reception, social gathering, bridal or baby shower, business meeting or other special event, hosting your event at The Pendergrass House is sure to impress your guests, colleagues and clients. 

The House rental includes (for most events) use of the first floor, dressing room and restroom on the second floor, access to the kitchen, 2 restrooms located downstairs, the grounds and The Grand Pavilion. The house is handicap accessible, and ample parking is available in the downtown square. The Pendergrass House also provides tables, chairs, and linens for your event at no additional charge. We also can provide table centerpieces for a fee.   

You are free to choose your own caterer and other service vendors; however, The Pendergrass House does offer all-inclusive packages to help ease your planning process.
